TBS technology

JMA technology is the owner of equipment for the manufacture of reservoirs - TBS technology (Twin Border System). This technology is based on the production of reservoirs (silo, hall or other products) by winding the continuous metal strip along the helix and the sophisticated hooking of the overlapping strip edges. 

With this system can be built only objects with a circular floor projection about large diameter (3,5 to 40 m). Two-layer plate with a special device combines a spiral, directly on the site. The top ring is screwed to be fastened to the roof.

Components of JMA biogas stations

• tank for collecting and preparing raw substrate
• anaerobic digester
• buffer tank for the resulting biogas

- fuel supply is not clogged with sediment and dont need cleaning
- easy to repair heater in the event of failure without draining the reactor
